Elfin's cot size is Luonto's narrowest cot-width sleeper, at 33.75 inches wide, which is a chair-scale footprint for a single-person sleeping surface. The contemporary low-arm profile and chrome or walnut leg options mean it reads more like a compact accent piece than a sleeper, until you need it to be one.
The mechanism is Nest, the same dual-motion system found across the Elfin range. Set the loose back cushions aside, lift the front of the seat, walk the frame out, and lay the back flat: two steps, no tools, no removing the seat cushion. It's manual. The bed extends out from the wall, so you'll need 84.75 inches of clearance behind the piece when it's fully open.
The bed is 30 inches wide and 80 inches long: a single cot, one person only. The built-in mattress is 5 inches of CertiPUR cold-cured high-density foam, and the unit carries a Daily Sleeper rating, which means it's designed for regular nightly use rather than as a backup for occasional visits. For an adult guest who needs a real sleep surface in a tight space, the rating holds.
Frame is solid spruce with mortise-and-tenon joinery and birch plywood, FSC-certified, made in the EU. Lead time runs four to six weeks from order. Upholstery covers over 100 fabric and leather options through your dealer.
