Luonto Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

Retailers are encouraged to review these terms carefully and ensure compliance while maximizing the benefits of participating in the Black Friday promotion. Luonto is committed to supporting its retail partners and looks forward to a successful holiday shopping season.

1. Sale Period:

• All orders must be placed by December 4th, before 11:59 PM to be eligible for the Black Friday promotion.

2. Discount Information:

• A 5% discount applies to all eligible orders placed during the promotional period.
• Retailers are permitted to offer up to a 10% discount off the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) on Luonto products during this sales period.

3. Limited Offer:

• MAP Suspension is applicable exclusively to King Size Sleepers and Loungers.
• This offer is valid only for in-store advertisements during the promotional period. Online advertisements are excluded.

4. MAP Discount:

• Retailers can offer a MAP discount of up to 10% on all Luonto products.
• Products excluded from this MAP discount include Limited Offer products, King Size Sleepers, and Lounger/Recliners.
• Limited Offer products are permitted to be advertised and sold in-store without any restrictions during the promotional period.
• Advertisements featuring discounts greater than 10% of the MAP for Luonto products are not permitted online.

5. Exclusions:

• The promotion is not valid for container or spare part orders.

6. General Terms:

• These promotional terms are offered exclusively to Luonto's retail customers.
• Luonto reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Other offers or discounts may not be combined with this promotion unless explicitly stated by Luonto.
