In fact, there's less than a 1% chance that you'll ever need to submit a claim. However, we understand that life happens, and on those rare occasions, it's important to know how to proceed. This guide will walk you through the simple process of submitting a claim, ensuring that your experience is as smooth and stress-free as your initial purchase.

Step 1 : Gather Your Information

Before you start the claim process, make sure you have all the necessary information on hand. This includes your purchase receipt, detailed photographs of the issue, and a comprehensive description of the problem. These details are crucial in helping us understand the situation and address your claim efficiently.

Step 2 : Visit the Luonto Claim Portal

Head over to our dedicated Claim Portal on the Luonto website. Here, you'll find an easy-to-navigate form that's been designed to make your claim submission as straightforward as possible. The user-friendly interface ensures that you can fill out your claim without any hassle.

Step 3 : Fill Out the Claim Form

On the Claim Portal, it's important to note that only Luonto Retailers are permitted to submit claims. This means that the form should be filled out with the retailer's contact information, not the end consumer's. 

As a retailer, you'll start by entering your store's details, including the contact name, email, and phone number associated with your Luonto account. Next, provide information about the purchase made on behalf of the customer, including your store's name, the date of product purchase, and the order number. A thorough description of the issue, a photo of the Manufacturing Tag, and detailed photographs of the problem area are crucial in helping us understand and address the claim efficiently.
