A New Rate Structure
We are excited to announce that we are implementing a new rate structure for our White Glove delivery service to simplify the process for our customers. Please refer to our new rate sheet for the most current pricing information, it has been emailed to all existing customers and is available upon request from customerservice@luontofurniture.com
These rates are effective 05/01/23; anything that has been acknowledged prior will be honored at the originally confirmed rate.
In light of recent challenges faced during deliveries, we have made changes to our White Glove delivery guidelines to ensure a smoother process for everyone involved.
- Effective immediately, Metropolitan Warehouse delivery crews will no longer be able to disassemble furniture. It is the end consumer’s responsibility to ensure that their purchased items fit in the room of choice and can navigate any doors or hallways.
- Metropolitan Warehouse delivery teams have been instructed to keep original packaging on until the piece is situated in the room of choice. Assembly, if required, will be performed in the room of choice.This includes assembly for reversible sectionals that have arm removal as part of the assembly process.
It's important to note that in instances where a customer refuses delivery due to an item not fitting in their home, the retailer may redirect the order to their warehouse or an alternative address. All associated expenses will be the responsibility of the retailer. Returns will not be accepted in these instances.
