As a Sales and Marketing Associate at our brand-new showroom, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while also supporting our marketing efforts. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in both sales and creative marketing environments. You’ll have the chance to build relationships with customers, influence buying decisions, and help promote our beautiful, functional furniture to a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert knowledge on our furniture designs.
  • Create a personalized, enjoyable shopping experience to drive sales.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and in-store promotions to enhance local presence.
  • Ensure the showroom is visually appealing by coordinating displays that highlight Luonto Furniture’s best pieces.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and follow up on leads from showroom visits and online inquiries.
  • Assist in planning and organizing showroom events and presentations, including launch events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Creative thinking, with an eye for visual merchandising and social media strategies.
  • Passion for design, home interiors, and functional living.
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment as we launch our first U.S. showroom.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve both individual and team goals.

Nice to have

  • Experience with furniture trends and design.
  • Knowledge of functional or custom made products.
  • Insight into current design trends and space planning to inspire customer purchases.
  • Ability to create marketing visuals or social content using tools like Canva or Photoshop
  • Multilingual skills to engage with a wider range of customers.
  • Experience with social media analytics or performance-tracking tools.
  • Comfort with the fast-paced environment of launching a new showroom.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing to enhance brand visibility and promotions.
